Helpful Hints for your children’s party
When and how should I pay for my entertainer?
All party entertainment requires a $50 non refundable deposit to secure your booking. This covers administration & booking cost.
The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event.
Once your booking is approved, you’ll receive a payment link with the option to pay via Bank Deposit or PayPal.
Can the entertainer stay at my party longer, if I ask her on the day?
We entertain for multiple events every day, so unfortunately we can not usually stay any longer than the time you have booked.
In what order will all the party entertainment take place?
If you have booked face painting /glitter tattoos in your party package – this will always take place 1st, followed by Balloon Twisting.
When should I bring the party food out?
Please discuss this with us, after you have decided what type of entertainment you are booking.
When should I bring the Cake out at the party?
Most People prefer to sing happy birthday & have cake time after their entertainer has finished. If you wish to include cake time while your entertainer is there, please discuss this with your entertainer on the day.
Please note: If you’re throwing an outdoor party, be sure to have a contingency plan in case of rain. You wouldn’t want your little one’s special day to turn into a rainy disappointment, leading to tears and stress. Having a backup plan ensures the party goes on without a hitch and creates happy memories for all! ☔🌦️
